Can't help but feel really sorry for this girl and what she is going through.

The IAAF are attempting to impose a rule that would mean female athletes with naturally high testosterone levels would have to race against men or change events unless they took medication to reduce it.

Speaking in June, Semenya called the proposed rule "unfair", adding: "I just want to run naturally, the way I was born."

She was born with a fanny FFS!

There is a great deal of hypocrisy in the world ... I seem to recall there was a transgender tennis player that was born a man but allowed to compete as a woman ... this kid was born female and merely wants to compete as such ... and some **** in a suit wants to tell her she's really a bloke ... doesn't sit well with me ...

The whole saga is pretty unpleasant.

I can understand that her competitors think its unfair because she is biologically close to a man.

However, as far as I am aware she was born with a minge so its very unfair for them to insist she needs to take more tablets to be less like a man.

Can you imagine what its like for her? Born with a minge, grown up and lives as a woman yet a corporation is trying to state she's basically a man and needs to take tablets to make her more feminine.

They're actually questioning the basis of her existence.

Its a bit of a disgrace really.

Grey area. I can understand her displeasure, but can also understand that her competitors are gonna feel hard done by. They just gonna have to aim for silver, thats all.

 

Well not really. She has more testosterone naturally so what? I bet all athletes have more natural testosterone than the average person, perhaps we should ban them all.

If we banned all the whites and blacks too for being more naturally athletic i reckon us chinese would win everything
