Nice car, probably clutch not working if it’s been sitting around for a while the clutch plate sticks to flywheel. Try putting it in gear while not running and rocking car back and forth
Don't worry if it needs a part. About 5 years ago a friend of mine bought a Mk2 Humber Sceptre to restore and he was amazed how many firms still had parts from scrapped cars or were able to produce parts from the original design.
