Carra Interview 1996 http://www.footylounge.com/films//e...er-1996-one-to-watch-ure-video_5222451c1.html
not suprised, delighted for him he's made a call and will be going out on a bit of a high after this period in the team again. I dearly dearly hope the club is already aligned with him on a coaching role. We have a taste already of life without him in the team and it was good and bad. We will miss him of course but have seen him decline steadily over time. I think its the right time. he will retire as a legend of the club and i hope from here most of all that he enjoys a bit of a heyday by winning one more pot and then becomes a vital back room team member.
Planes crash............................................................................................
Had to laugh in the last game he had a couple of half chances but seemed to clear them from Citys goal.
PS In all seriousness, let's stay on topic for this one. It's an important event for Carra, the club and the supporters
you just don#t want them violating your daughters.... carra = legend who would be delighted to see your daughters violated i think!
Sometimes, nice guys finish first. It has been a privilege watching him play for the club. He is the kind of player that inspires faith into the whole squad. We will miss him.
Liverpoolfc.com and LFC TV will be producing a special tribute to Jamie Carragher to be broadcast upon his retirement at the end of the season, featuring an extensive interview with the man himself reflecting on his illustrious career.
Having watched most of his playing career, and i have many many memories he has given me. But without doubt his best moment was the 2005 Champions League Final celebration...!!! Cramp in both legs, telling Dudek what to do, then the celebrating run towards Jerzy after the final penalty save...!!! Tell me he didnt know what it meant to the club, him, the players and the supporters... Pure joy from the bloke... All in that run from the half way line... A true Red Legend who will be very hard to replace... That match summed his whole career up for me more than any other one he has played. Never gave in, played his heart out and got the rewards for his efforts... Great memories from a great man...
Well said Sir. It is fitting that he has chosen when to end his career. It also speaks well of the man that he has already made the decision as to what he is going to do next.
