    first things first - I AM NOT DEFENDING CARLOS TEVEZ, but



    I think this is very likely a tongue in cheek reference to fergies comments that city would 'not in my lifetime' be the big boys in manchester.

    Or at least thats how i believe it is meant.

    Still pretty bad though
