Man City V Birmingham.

Loking ahead to the Carling Cup Wednesday week. The team I would play would be something like this.
Taylor/Pantilimon

Zabaleta K. Toure Savic Kolarov

Johnson Milner De Jong D. Saurez

Tevez Balotelli.

This is another trophy that can be won by the club but only if we field our strongest team poossible bearing in mind that we cannot afford for the players who are going to make up the 1st team to get injured in these cup games.

I am quite sure that this team should easily get pass the Birmingham team. If the club really reduces its prices for this game to around £10 for adults we might get a 30,000 plus crowd for this game.

Has anyone any idea as to whether Nigel and Gareth are anywhere near fit to play on Wednesday or are they still not fit enough to go on the bench. we need to put out the strongest team possible. After all this is a trophy which we can win. After all the games are finished and assuming results go to plan there will only be 11 prem clubs left in this sesons Carling Cup.Maybe even less if there are any shock results with prem teams going out to clubs from leagues lower down the scale.
