He gets the ball when two are in front of him , if he sat on the full backs shoulder and we played it quicker he’d do better
I say the same every week but this style of football is just so dull to watch. No creativity. No bravery. No excitement.
For me when the ball goes out wide there aren't enough players getting in a position to create triangles. Leaves the wingers with limited options makes them easy to read. Carvalho drifts in a little but usually has a man on his shoulder.
Some really nice passing so far from us. Jacob playing really well, Morton too. Cardiff have had the best chances however, purely because they're getting at us quickly, which we're still refusing to do. As I write this Morton has pinged an amazing, direct, pacey ball to Ömur for our first proper chance. More of that. Much more of that needed. Otherwise it's all been hopeful balls over the top towards Tufan which their defence will read all day long.
