In an attempt to move above the petty bickering. I think todays result shows that people were/are right to be annoyed with Liam (in whatever way they wanted to manifest that within reason) as we proved we're a much better side than we've seen over the last 6 or so games. Before the game Cardiff were 1 place behind us and we battered them, showing we could and should be higher up the table, but we’re not… It was a great win today and it was a joy to watch at times, but there will always be the slight bitterness that we’re not in the playoff places. Fingers crossed this game can be the result and performance that drives us up the table and helps us kick on.
That award surely goes to Zayatte. Four own goals vs three goals scored. Also one of a very few number of Premier League players to score an own goal and give away a penalty in the same game.
I've defended Allsop against over criticism plenty of times this season as while he's not been great I don't think he's half as bad as many say but that near post goal I just can't defend him. If Pandur doesn't get a game there must be a reason but I just don't know what it is
I think that shows where our squad is at though. As previously mentioned, it doesn’t have a lot of Championship promotion experience and with young players and loans we only have them because they are raw. Expecting them to be consistent is a big ask. It’s possible, but the team we have we only have because they are young. No way we get some of these players in 3/4 years time.
What actually happened for the third goal? On my stream they had a free kick, next thing Jaden is one on one in the box
Sheff massive will smash norwich midweek Its in our hands to finish above cov since we play each other Dare to dream ha 1 down 6 wins to go
Have to agree. No easy games at this stage of the season. Of Norwich games remaining you could argue 1 against play off hopeful (if we are so are Preston) 2 against reams fighting relegation 2 against teams with nothing to play for/ no pressure so can go out and play All we can do is support our team and hope for the best (along with stroking rabbit foot, wearing lucky pants and crossing fingers) We all know its probably not going to happen but it's good to have something to fight for at this stage of the season that isn't relegation.
It’s because we still have a (very) slim chance of the playoffs and you don’t risk a keeper who’s never played a single competitive game of English football is a situation like that.
