I got a nice us to win, Carvalho to score, game has 3+ goals. Should pay for the meal I’m on my way to, with my daughter, before going to see John Cooper Clark.
Why has someone that hardly ever posts decided to come and cause arguments after a great win? Such weird behaviour
Id like to compare us to norwich last season Mid table Same amount of goals But they basically have the same attackers as last season Wereas we basically need to start again with no continuation which is the worry And if thats the strategy I dont think rosie is the man for the shorter term As he needs to rebuild his plan all over in the attacking areas
There's many different people on here with different agendas and attitudes. You can choose wether you want a mature discourse an immature discourse or wether you just want to agitate. Which would be the 'grown up' option? and which would you prefer?
Whether it's down to Rosie's tactics or the players that have not been executing his plan properly in these previous games where we've done very little with the ball - If Rosenior can get us using our possession like that in the remaining games this season, I can guarantee he'll not only silence, but change the minds of anyone thinking he should go. I've been on the fence recently. We've shown we can play like this a few times this season, but when we don't we end up doing so, so little to create chances. 6 shots on target today and various other good attempts that were just off target. 2 instances of breaking lines and outnumbering them with quick, effective attack minded play. That's good football. I'm really happy with that performance. If Middlesbrough at home goes back to the slow stuff again, I'm openly admitting I'm going to be deflated and frustrated that we've not carried this mentality over yet again. That worry is still in the forefront of my mind, and I really want Rosenior to shake this monkey off my back. Whether it's his tactics or the players needing a rocket up them, it's his job to get them playing like they did today, at every opportunity. I really hope we finally see this performance more consistently.
I wonder how huge? He hasn't played for 3 months, won't be match fit. He'll likely come on either when the game's won, like Sharp did today, or when we're chasing the game, which isn't ideal. I can't see him starting v QPR.
