    And we still can't take at least a point off a team in the top half!

    4 defeats out of the last 5 is relegation form!

    I've said on TWTD which I've started using quite a bit of late, apparent from the line up and subs use the white flag was well ahoy. All well and good if we beat PNE I suppose.......... maybe a game too far considering the injury problems with some, some youngsters, Dids made of glass etc. Not amused about it but a marathon not a sprint. Would have been very peeved in the UK back home as I'd likely have gone to the game being from the west country, been 7 times seen 3 wins a draw and 3 defeats however in Aus so perhaps less hacked off.

    Just seen the highlights on Youtube. Jesus Tommy Smith......... letting the ball bounce like usual I see! SHOULD have been 3-0 after he did that. Seriously Tommy, like ya however you're very much ONE major mistake per game in my opinion...................... Jesus.

    We'll know Saturday whether or not the right call was made.............. all I can say is everytime Mick's done something like this to perhaps gain a result the weekend after the midweek game, it's NEVER worked. Lets hope a trend can be bucked.

    One line from the BBC Sport running commentary of the Championship really stood out to me.. In fact even brought a wry smile

    “Whenever there's a quiet spell in this game, all you can hear is Mick McCarthy bellowing into the Cardiff night like an old foghorn.”
