6 rovers fans were arrested for trying to enter the ground with dangerous objects. Well behaved?
Also 5 were arrested for fighting with police.

Thought the 6 arrests for entering the ground with dangerous objects was a bit OTT as they were just Nit combs after all ;O)

The five fighting with the police were charged with drunk in charge of eating Ambrosia out of a can .

And there was a rumble with the police at Cardiff Central Station after the game - lack of train tickets or something like that.

I'm gonna stand up for Neil Taylor here johnboy. He's done what he's had to do quietly and effectively tbf.

Nothing special throughout the team in the first half but it helps that Uruguay have been poor too tbh

To be fair, Taylor, Allen, Ramsey and Sinclair all had a good game, not a brilliant first half by team GB, but they held there own. Baffled why Sturidge stayed on for so long, would have taken him off after 60 minutes.

Neil Taylor, weak? What have you been smoking?. He's gone about his business as usual and hasn't put a foot wrong.

agree there JH, crowd got behind them but let down the headline writers by not booing... they'll have to make up some other crap now :D
Hoping GB get through so Kimbo can join up with the CCFC squad sooner.

Guess my earlier post didn't make much sense to you then John. Don't know why I expected better.

Have you ever considered being a bit nicer? Fans of other clubs may find it nicer to visit here then.

I don't watch any club team other than Cardiff. Even on MOTD. So I was very impressed with Joe Allen tonight, he gives the simple pass but then moves into space, always ready to receive. He reminded me of Butch Wilkins not the full item as yet but very good.

I thought it was a poor game and Uruguay failed to turn up. I thought Allen, Bellamy, Ramsey and Taylor did well in the first half but second half Uruguay stepped it up a bit (not much) and then cracks showed, as they will considering the little time they've had together.
How Sturridge remained on the park for near on 90 minutes I don't know, in my opinion his only contribution to the game was the goal. Most important goal yes, but poor control and decision making on his part stifled a number of attacks throughout the game.
The keeper (buckland?) did well when called upon and certainly looks to have a promising career ahead of him.

Take no notice of John jack ash, he is still bitter that we are in the premiership and doing well that we have players good enough to play for GB..<laugh> Its a pity john will never ever get to see the bluebirds play in the premiership now that they are no more.....malaysia will be happy though if they ever make it one day...<ok>
