Can't argue with that but if it wasn't a bubble trip then civil war would break out. It still might do
It's not a human rights issue. You do not have a right to attend a football match. If a public event is organised a risk assessment has to be effected. If there is a risk of violence the organisers are required to reduce that risk. If that means a bubble trip then so be it.
How's about a rocket launcher, a bit extreme I admit but the principle remains the same , by the way have you cold called me recently about a recent accident I may or may not have had
If football fans could be trusted not to get tanked up, destroy property and start fighting with each other then bubble trips wouldn't be necessary. Sadly they can't so there's not much point whining about "rights". Accept it or don't go. Simple really.
It is an infringement of human rights but not in the legal sense under the Articles. People also have a right to attend football matches without fear of violence and the authorities would be failing in their responsibilities in that regard if they did nothing to prevent trouble. It's a balancing act for sure, but a bubble trip is unfortunately the only way. Sometimes, peoples' rights have to be curtailed for the greater good. That's life.
"then civil war would break out.It still might do". It's already broken out here,Dill,so I reckon it's a given on the day.
