Can't understand the thinking on Madine taking the first unless it was just to get his confidence up - fat lot of good that did.

The guy looked so uncertain standing over the ball it should have been taken off him and given to a confident Pilks who'd have put that past Ruddy.

The second peno was a God given chance to redress that and Hoilett should have been stood outside the box watching Pilks do the biz.

As I said Hoilett stepped away from taking the first when he was the nominated player so someone had to take it; what I don’t get is the lack of direction from the skipper/manager.

If it’s not meant to be your night then it won’t be.

All we can do now is hope Fulham & Villa slip up. Not holding out much hope on Fulham losing.

yes you're quite right BFB, they must have been wriggling away under that rock absolutely devastated at our success so far this season, and now we slipped up twice they turn up having a pop at anything Cardiff City
It's turning into The Muppet show again with certain visitors

'I'm not sure on your last point. Are you trying to put Swansea City down?' ..... Go figure :emoticon-0126-nerd:

I'm up north and have been speaking to a bunch of Fulham fans this morning. They're chuffed we lost last night, but they are not confident they can catch us. They don't think they can win today given the weather and the cabbage patch pitch.

After throwing away the chance of a point (twice) it is understanding that we are filled with doom and gloom.

Just remember we are 5 points ahead with only 6 games left.

    Come on you Bluebirds.

Agreed. Looked at the table this morning to see us level on games with most of them and 5 points clear of Fulham - 7 clear of Villa.

I'd have taken that at Christmas time when we'd lost those 4 on the trot.

And the referee, we have played twice with this ref lost away at Sunderland and burton, will it be 3 in a row, don’t think we will catch you, just made it more exciting

    Villa down by 2!

Edit: Now 2-1 to Norwich. A loss would be great here.

Norwich were unlucky at home v Fulham last time up; they beat Villa today so obviously running into some form just before they play us.

watched the match and he looked like the last person on the pitch who wanted to take it, oh well you will still get promoted unless a massive choke, good luck
