Fans must me be absolutely furious with these multi millionaire clowns, downed tools to get a manager sacked at the expense of theirs and the fans season.

Look, Mourinho didn't work. Of that team there is only really Pogba who downed tools.

The rest were shackled. By Mourinho.

Pogba is 100% a **** and if it was me picking he wouldn't have played but the rest of that starting 11 always put a shift in.

strange how this was the first time they have ran more yards than the opposition all season if it was only Pogba, they were not shackled by mourinho, they won the Europa League with him, this year they decided they were not playing for him anymore, thats the bottom line

We were 100% shackled by Mourinho, awful style of football for the players we had. Not saying the players don’t have any blame but it’s Mourinhos job to get them playing and he was never capable of doing it.

Why do you think they collectively made that decision during the summer?

This is overly simplistic. Do we think players sit there and decide to not play in order to prove a point? Nobody wins in such scenario.

A manager is solely responsible for how he sets up the team. He is responsible for the system and the morale. Thus, if he can no longer enforce and functional system and boost the team's morale, he and he alone is at fault. Players can't simply go on the pitch and play as though it is Sunday league where there are no defined methods to execute.

Case in point, your player wins the World Cup, yet the manager came out with negative statements to undermine that very player when none was warranted. Mourinho created such a negative working environment before the season even started. £400m spent in less than three years, and still complained about not getting the players that he wants. It was madness!!

Let's stop blaming the players, managers own how players respond to them, not the other way around.

Mourinho spent a fortune on players, announced they were **** and then told them to defend first, attack second against teams in the relegation zone. He was always overrated and he was very obviously the wrong fit for Manchester United. Thank **** the **** has finally gone.

Did you watch many of our games during the two years Jose had the players onside? Losing a few points is worth it to play football again.

Besides which. Mourinho loses the dressing room eventually everywhere he goes, so there's a common denominator.

He's a disruptive negative influence on every dressing room, especially when things start going sideways. Like a child, he's way too emotionally charged which creates an initial bond that then quickly starts breaking down when he doesn't have his way.

Pogba was wasteful, but his attitude to the game seemed much improved and he was involved in the build-up of three of the goals. Did he perfume like a £90m player - no, will he ever, nobody knows but if he continues to improve then he will help the squad and make him more saleable come the summer rather than appear to be the disruptive, prima-donna of recent months.

only saw the highlights but it was obvious the players felt "freed" to some extent and their first thought looked to be forward rather than the previous safety first unless you were losing when you , sometimes , suddenly looked good.
