    Play for a bigger team.

I am not wumming, I am serious. It really riles me!!!! Look at Welbeck... Two goals last season and he was ahead of the Norwich striker who had over six times the goals and three times the assists!!!!! Welbeck was there because of who he played for, the same as Smalling now!!! Caulker should be first team but Terry plays for a big club!

Not to my knowledge, but I gave up reading on newspapers a while ago. If he has then tank goodness. Is the Cardiff keeper English? If so he should be called up as well.

No he's Scottish and has a few caps already, 2nd choice behind McGregor of Hull but I think that will change soon.

Fair do's to the hairy one, he could have gone down clutching his face but just stood his ground and didn't make a meal out of it.

If he does, not only will it be ironic it will show how farcical the game is becoming - because the FA have said today that they cannot apply further sanctions on Rooney because the yellow card was shown ... so Medel could end up up with a 3 match ban purely because he didn't get a yellow during the game whilst Rooney is allowed to play on <laugh> ... unbelieveable you'd think ... but actually a distinct possibility.

I'm sure Terry has made himself unavailable for England selection. Caulker is twice the centre back Cahill is, I do rate Jagielka (SP?) though. If he keeps playing the way he is Caulker will make the plane.

Oh how Hodgson must wish Marshall was English!!

Well its not just about the yellow card, its to do with whether or not the ref seen the incident, if he seen it but decided it was just a 50/50 tussle and didn't want to book them, then there is nothing that will happen to Medel.

Which chances are they won't anyway, as if the ref hasn't seen it, it would mean both Fellaini and Medel suspended. And can't see them doing that.

England have to be really desperate to call up anyone english in a welsh club. it has rarely happened. the u21's are not much better and if you really want to play for england then avoid swansea and cardiff at all cost as your chances are virtually nil. we managed to get sinclair into the u21's and latchford made the england squad the last time we were in the top flight...

To be fair Dai, neither of us have been full of England hopefuls over the last how ever many years. Bothroyd got capped (whilst they were desperate!).

Right now only Caulker is really England material from either club. Perhaps Shelvey (is he still an under 21?) but with Wiltshire on the bench you can't really argue he should be in the full squad right now. If Campbell can keep up his City and Utd form then he could be a surprise inclusion at the expense of Defoe maybe...

I saw something last night on BBC teletext I think saying the matter had been reviewed and no further action v. Pitbull and Fellaini I assume although he was not mentioned.

Yes, if Caulker can maintain his form (much depending on how we do overall) then Hodgson has to look at him for England again. He was never a regular at Spurs but now week in week out Prem action is showing how good he is.

Project is probably right when he says Caulker needs to play for a bigger team to stand much chance of a call up.

I think we are making the headlines about how hard we are to beat given we are one of the favourites to go down. This can only help the case for Caulkers inclusion surely.
