Come on now you know what liquidation means...don't you? Ask Airdrie (Clydebank trading as Airdrie Utd) http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Airdrie_United_F.C.#section_1
I think it's a good idea... It means people will be able to call Rangers/Rangers* fans orange bastards without fear of arrest. I *whatever wil pass as Rangers F.C in the future.
Did Fiorentina/Napoli not have to wait a few years then buy the "oldco"'s history? Was Aldershot being able to remain as "oldco" not due to different legal structures of liquidation/CVAs etc in England when compared to Scotland?
Italian teams were not wound up but held in judiciary administration. Even then their names have been changed Aldershot FC to Aldershot Town So what would you like? Rangers United (Kingdom) A(nti) FC Rangers Murry Park Rangers Rescued Rangers
You sure ... I'm not sure on Napoli n Aldershot but pretty sure Fiorentina had to wait a few year befire reverting back to the "oldco" name and buying the history. Anyway, matters not a jot - have the SFA/SPL not already guranteed that Rangers (if the exist in current form or as a Newco) will still have their history intact?
Aldershot Town FC founded 1992 Italian law allows clubs to enter bankruptcy but remain on life support We are not Italian I like Murry Park Rangers

That's pretty good for Italians teams... I remember watching the Italian footie on Channel 4 (then it moved to 5) and watching Batistuta bang in the goals.
Batigol & Rui Costa. Remember Batistuta had to get his haircut for USA 94 because the manager thought men with long hair was girlie.
