What's with all these silly proposed changes? Numbering, pit stops, points... Anyone would think it was the off-season and they were scraping the barrel for bit of publicity. The sport is **** enough as it is right now without needless tinkering to **** it up any further.
well, they've lost my vote, not that that actually means anything when the president stands unopposed.
Alonso's gone for 14. Kimi 7. please log in to view this image Disappointed Alonso's ditched the pale blue top to his lid. Edit: Not sure of the authenticity of that picture any longer, so that might not be his helmet. I believe the number is accurate though.
Bianchi should have pulled his finger out then really and finished ahead of Kimi. 27 it is. You'd think with 20 drivers and an unlimited amount of numbers (or are they limited to 2 digits?), he'd have been able to pick more numbers nobody else had.
Goes back to my preference of the teams having allocated numbers rather than the drivers. Even is a Ferrari driver picked 27 for now, once they left Ferrari then 27 goes with them. 27 for Bianchi may not be too bad if all the hype about him proves correct as he will then take 27 to Ferrari when they promote him, so it could be at Ferrari for a while.
Apparently the numbers confirmed so far are... ALO - 14 RAI - 7 ROS - 6 (5 - 9) MAS - 19 PER - 11 MAL - 3 (18) BOT - 77 (11 - 17) VER - 25 (21 - 27) BIA - 27 (7 - 77) Not that anyone cares
Lol Vettel wants #14 as well, was 14th in his first season + the date of his first win on the 14th of September and his first world title which was on the 14th of November. Since Vettel is the WDCx4 Vettel should pick first over Alonso just to piss him off
This rumour comes from Spain, and December 28th is Spanish April Fools day. Autosprint say Vettel will choose 11. So we have.... Vettel 11 Alonso 14 Hamilton 44 Raikkonen 7 Rosberg 6 (5-9) Massa 19 Perez 11 Vergne 25 (21-27) Bottas 77 (11-17) Maldonado 3 (18) Bianchi 7 (27-77) Kvyat 26 Magnussen 20 (3-23)
The original link was from Germany though, oooooo... But I think you're correct #11 was his BMW series number please log in to view this image
