    Just so you're aware, Capitano is Italian for captain, capitán is spanish... Sorry to sound like a translation nazi!

    Yeah I found out last year on holiday in Spain...wearing my Newcastle top, ended up really drunk and putting White and blue tape around my arm like a Captain band.
    Told the spaniards I was El Capitano then they where pissing themselves laughing 'no no no is Capitan not Capitanooo' Capitano sounds more Spanish though <laugh>

    Yeah but Spaniards love correcting the stupid Brits! I study Languages at uni, had an end of year night out with our language assistants from Spain- I think she was correcting my Spanish every 2 seconds! <laugh>

    Well Colo holds an Italian passport due to ancestry, so I guess he could get away with it afterall! <ok>

    In all seriousness though, I hope (and believe) Joey supports the decision, and I think any player for any club who feels slighted by not getting captaincy proves he doesn't deserve it.

    What I meant is the whole contract part of his tweet, it really doesn't seem like there's to be a solution to JB and a contract renewal :emoticon-0101-sadsm. I don't think Joey is at all bothered by the captaincy, a new contract is what he is after. Hopefully he has another fantastic season and the club rethink their strategy?

    Sorry, I didn't mean to suggest that's what you were implying. That was just directed at anyone who thought he might feel slighted. Agreed though, I really don't expect any good news on the JB contract front this summer
