Need to know if any Rs fans at the Hudds match on Saturday had a bet at the match and cant get there winnings, at the end of the match the shop was closed so im stuck with a winning ticket. Been in touch with betbright the betting group by email no help at all, tried email at Hudds fc, no answer back. any ideas.

From a short changed rs <grr>

Should be some details on the coupon about getting it sent by post. Similar thing happened to me once at Coventry if I remember right.
 
Thanks Watford_R but its one of those small hand jobs not the large pre printed type ones, never again with these 10 bit bookies, sheff wed have same company put bets on outside at that match cheers

I'd keep plugging away with the emails. Have you checked their website? Might be something in the Ts & Cs.

Last resort, post something on a Huddersfield forum (not on here, it's dead) someone has probably had similar.

Save the ticket, go to Sheff Wed and present the slip to them there. If they don't pay it out start making a fuss telling everyone else not to bet with them because they're robbing bastards as a company. They'll soon give you your money.
 
Thanks Hull City AFC (Ricardo) Crossed my mind to do that play them in Jan, really boils the blood when something like that happens, just got email back from Hudds AFC got to sent attachment email to someone called Rachael. Good luck to the Tigers this season sure you will do better them we did.
