anyone else having nothing but trouble with the "new" canary player? can't get match comentary and now it won't let me sign in. keeps directing me towards membership. have been a member for two years. thinking of quitting it, but can't get commentary where i live so kind of need it.

Had a slight problem actually being able to select it (HATE the 'new' website and don't know what was wrong with the old one!!), but was able to log in OK. I'd suggest when you do actually get to the 'login screen' for Canaries Player that you creat a 'bookmark' for it on your browser and that way, you won't have to go through that dreadful webs*ite!!

Have had a few problems since they changed format, but have always managed to get match commentary, although it doesn´t come through for me until the actual kick-off time, so no chance to hear any pre-match chatter.

Haven't had any problems logging in but like rbf, commentary doesnt start till near kick off. Why on earth they couldn't have just left it I will never know

Can you listen to 'RadioNorfolk-n-Good' on line until just before kick-off???

I agree that it worked previously, so why change it. I was always told - 'If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it'!!!!!

Agree about website, in fairness it does look better but it doesn't work well and can be difficult to navigate.

Canary Player also giving me a few problems, first season I've had it though.
