Lappin is putting in some real quality. Makes me wonder why we've played Drury- as good as he's been in defence his passing and crossing just isn't up to scratch
Absolutely not. I think we could do a world of good to our confidence if we can get 4 goals or so- would particularly like to see Morison come off the bench to score after Holty is taken off to a standing ovation with his hat-trick!
What was harsh was the yellow card. There is absolutely no doubt about whether it was a penalty- the ball was going inside the right post!
Absolutely agree, his defence is not on the same level as Drury's and he definitely didn't do a great job there, I just mean I'd rather have his quality delivery and another attacking threat than Drury's defensive ability as it suits our play better. If I could get both of course... we'd get back Mad Marc. Does anyone else wonder about the rumours with Naughton to Fulham if Lambert is trying to deflect a bit of interest? Like when he dropped Pilkington after there were Liverpool rumours. Or am I reading too much into this....
