Oh my god! might aswell put the ball in the back of the net for them. 2 goals both by just giving the ball straigt to them f***ing s**t
DM, you are at risk of defending the indefensible. You cannot keep accepting sub standard performances which have been all too frequent for 2 months.
DM, I am a positive fan that tries to see positive in even the most negative of situations. However, when the players are making schoolboy errors, its ok to vent your frustrations on a forum.
Thirty-five minutes gone and not one single effort on goal. We're making Liverpool look like a Champions League chasing team, and not a team that are three points above us!
In fairness, I made that knee jerk comment before we gave them a second goal, but in fairness the only two defensive errors have been ruthlessly punished. The errors don't worry me as much as going into a game at home 30+ mins in and not had a single chance.
This is what frustrates me most! We play teams who are struggling and then we just dont seem to turn up against them. Blackburn lost 5 in a row and we were hopeless, liverpool with how theyve been performing we should be beating tbh but again we seem hopeless!
Grant Holt on the touchline already. No sign of him warming up yet, but if he's not on after half-time I will be very surprised although with this chance creation it won't matter a jot.
So what, in your opinion, is the problem? The players, the systems, the constant weekly change of the system? There must be a reason. Personally I think it is two things. 1. The constant changes to the system we try to play. 2. Half the players are probably not good enough.
I despair at playing one up front at home when we are up against a team that struggle to deal with pressure. Unfortunately, we're making it far too easy for them.
Can't really make that case with Liverpool regardless of their form because the players they have. Suarez had Ward in his pocket, Ward hasn't been impressive in any of our last three games.
2 errors punished? frequent lack of shape at the back, not playing the back line, there are countless errors
The problem is we gifted Liverpool goals and now their tails up. They were no better than us until they scored.
It's not a one off, of course not! And I am certainly no less disappointed with this performance than any of you are. Lambert has work to do at half-time, but worse strikers than Suarez would probably have missed those chances.
38% of the possession, zero shots, zero corners and two bookings. Can't really get any worse than that. If Holt doesn't start the second half, I'm a China-man!
