It was just so dour. I don't think the ground was full and now I know why. If people are watching that ****e everyweek. Vrancic is like a luxury player who doesn't really get stuck in the same way Howson did. There is no midfield. The amount of times we were defending and had no one on the edge of our box to take control and prevent shooting chances was awful. We should of lost that game.
Not what I'd call him. I totally forgot he was playing. He offers us absolutely nothing. I thought he was bought in for key passes and set pieces. But he's not taking anything because Maddison is on them. And I can't remember him making a forward pass in any of the games I've seen him in. He just doesn't look interested.
ILD - I can only apologise if it comes across that I've done 'something I'm proud of' and that was not my intention, as all I've really done is to exercise my choice in not renewing my ST then 'cherry picking' which games I attend. I'm also not prepared to give up an entire Saturday to regularly travel to away games and I can only admire your dedication in doing so.
As I said previously, I’m a supporter of my club! It’s in my blood and forever will be! Come what may, good or bad! There will no doubt come a day when I won’t be able to go and support the club, and I’ll have to sit at home listening to it on the radio, that’s the day my heart will break! It’s that simple! I will never ever not turn out to watch my team just because they’re crap! They are my team, it’s what supporters do, if I’m the only one in the stadium I’ll still be there supporting my club!!
It’s more than just the TEAM for me KIO, it’s the CLUB and what it stands for in our community and to the fans! It’s tough to watch right now, but it’s still my club!
Here we go again: read somewhere that the team are showing signs of a lack of confidence. If this is so, then how has this situation come about? This seems to be the first sign of unrest in the team and if it is not addressed then we could be going down the slippery path to replacing the manager, yet again. There have many times that NCFC have been in this situation as well as many other sides.
That really did give me the feeling of coming away from another loss yesterday. I keep suddenly remembering it was a draw.
I let my S/T lapse years ago, largely due to the cost but also the constant dross on show was a contributory factor. I think it's arrogant to suggest you're any less of a supporter just cos you exercised your right not to sink hundreds of pounds each year into it any more. I know you go to all the under 23 and development games as well, so for you to be likened to an Old Trafford plastic is unbelievable? I'd be right proper offended if anyone said that to me without delving into the thinking behind the decision - and judging from the chorus of boos at the final whistle yesterday (and numerous games in this stuttering season), other 'devotees' will follow your lead if the games are dross and the effort and entertainment factor continues to go AWOL You are no less of a fan than anyone else of the green & yellow persuasion. Complete tosh to suggest otherwise.
The COMPLETE opposite of the last minute equaliser against Hull only a few weeks ago!!! Edit - getting back to more football related topics, I've just seen this - Just a pity that many of the players who are considerably older can't play with the same passion and desire.
He’s the only player apart from Nelson on Saturday, who looked to go forward with purpose. So with Nelson either injured or left out of the team. No one else could be in with a shout. Easy decision.
R Go back and read my post again!!! What you’re doing in twisting my words is the very reason I’ve been away from here! Looks like it’s time to go again!!
Please don't go ILD I really enjoy your posts even if I don't agree with them, and, more importantly, you keep JM Fan in order
