Won by a Canuck (Taylor) in pissing rain against Fleetwood on the 4th playoff hole ! A 72 foot putt !! Amazing last day.

Last time a Canadian won it was 69 years ago, fewer years than the length in feet of the putt.

He did, lost to Vijay Singh.The commentators yesterday were saying Singh expressed publicly he was somewhat embarassed at taking away the win from Weir in front of the home supporters !
