It is an observed phenomenon when an object making sound is moving due to the time it takes for the sound to reach you either getting shorter or longer depending on what direction the object is travelling in relation to you. This change in arrival time is perceived by us as a change in pitch. It is not perceived by us as a lack of sound.

I think I have cleared that up for anyone dropping doppler bombs without being fully informed, jet fuel cant melt steel beams, and the doppler effect cant delete live sound.

...but it does effect what, when, and how, a person perceives what was heard, and therefore cannot be discounted.

They drip feed crap to the tinfoilers so that the proles get bored of it and get on with their lives.

How better to hide what's actually going on than hide it in plain sight by ridiculing it?
