I'm normally very patient with managers bar Scolari but AVBs tactics really are worrying, i don't think his seeing where were going wrong, we've kept 2 clean sheets all season and Alex played in both of them games so why wern't he even in the squad today? It might sound a bit hasty but the way were going we will finish mid table, were playing a high line every game which is being pissed all over time and time again and this line from AVB still sends shivers down my spine - " I'm not too bothered about how we win as long as we score one more goal ", totally the wrong attitude considering the amount of late goals were leaking. If things don't change then i don't even think i want to see the city game, man for man our team is probably only 2nd to city in the league yet were just not putting it together. In one way i'm thinking **** it lets just write this season off and avoid champions league and europa league and totally rebuild at the end of the seaosn but then the other worry is how are we going to attract players when were not playing in the champions league, i'm lost for words at the moment and don't know what were going to do. 12 points behind city, 3 behind newcastle, level with spurs and they've got 2 extra games and we have upcoming matches with newcastle away and man city it's just not looking good for us and were in a really bad position. We need to go back to basics

As I said, without the biggest chequebook, Chelsea are nothing. Now just wait for Abamovich to lose interest. Even he can't be happy losing £50m on a complete waste.

Is that it? <laugh> You lot should be asking serious questions about your club. How on earth are you now level on points with an Arsenal team that had their worst start in PL history. Bloody awful.
 
Do you think AVB is the man who finally put the last nail in the coffin of Mourinho's legacy of being an extremely well organised, hard-to-beat team?
 
I still personally find it shocking that Torres after the money they spent on him only got TEN minutes in that game.
 
Love the fact he isn't getting games. Manager showed today that he wouldn't be able to handle the game against us.

What i don't get is how AVB can say in his pre-match comments he'd still pay 50million for torres yet he only put him on in the 84th minute today.....

Hmm don't know about that, both have been bad but Torres has edged Carroll for me it's just the fact he was £50m.

Torres has been 10 times better than carroll, same amount of goals but a lot more assists and actually puts effort in and works for the team. I don't think were flog him theres no point, i think avb will be flogged soon though
