Obviously a wind up but I would say there is more chance of Elvis winning the Grand National on Shergar.
I see what you've done there, Shergar of course ran on the flat and wasn't a National Hunt horse.

The sad reality is that England are unlikely to come close to winning anything for the next 10-20 years and even then it's down to youth development coming on in leaps and bounds as we are a country mile behind most other comparable nations
