It's certainly been an interesting start to the season, throwing up many more questions than we had before the season had begun. There are hints that Moyes might struggle to get United playing like Champions but on the otherhand we've also seen how RVP can still bail them out, as can the referees. Chelsea and City have also had a slightly slower start than they'd have liked which again has hinted that they might not be the dominant forces in the league that has been expected. Meanwhile have yourselves, Liverpool or Spurs proved anything this early on? Not for me, it's always good to get off to a good start but it's so early that one bad result for any of us and all of a sudden we've had a decent start but nothing more. As someone else rightly said, it's about waiting and seeing. It's down to sides like yourselves, us and Liverpool to prove we can trouble those above us in the previous season and you can't prove much in 4 games. I still think it will be a big shock if at least 1 of City, Chelsea and United didn't pull away and show the championship winning quality over the course of the season. Maybe another side will show they can stay in a title race but I'm unconvinced.
that did make me chuckle. i wasn't suggesting we are title contenders (no idea how you came to that conclusion tbh) only suggesting that I very much doubt he will be sold to a premiership team as already stated by our owner. it's just common sense he will go abroad.
I think he'll end up at Real. To be honest, Benzema doesn't look like he's cut out to lead the line at Real and I'm glad we didn't sign him. If Suarez does go there though, I'd expect us to be making a bid for Di Maria to enable them to fund it.
It seems that will be the destination which is good for us as real pay over the odds and we won't see him week in week out lol For risk of sounding "deluded" it will be an interesting situation should we be in the top four come January.

After today, seeing how average the league as a whole is, i think we can win it. If we're top with a bare bones squad, we shouldn't have too many issues when all our players return.
