As soon as the January window closed that was it, no loans can be done in the PL after that, it's just the Football league that can. That left you with the following exemptions: 1) Players that were out of contract when the transfer window in England closed - not any that have been released since (so no dodgy Odemwingie deals), and due to your 25 man squad being full, they would also have to have been born on or after 1st January 1991 (other clubs with smaller squads could sign older players. 2) Goalkeepers are seen as a specialist position, if you are left with only 1 available goalkeeper you are allowed to bring one in with dispensation. Suspensions don't count, and neither do "injuries" that haven't stopped a keeper from playing the last 10 games (Cerny last year). You also have to recall any senior, ie professional contract goalkeepers you've loaned out before you're allowed to bring in another from elsewhere (Putnins last year).
