I think that it's amazing that we are where we are at the moment, given the size of the squad and the horrendous injury problems encountered. It is a testament to all those involved, playing and non-playing. Can we achieve 6th? Heart says yes. Head, unfortunately, says no. This is my 50th year as a supporter - first game August 1961 - like many others, I have witnessed false dawns - I have to admit that this feels different, but please excuse some of us old uns if we have any doubts!
