He inherited a phenomenal side from Heynkes that had ripped his Barca 'untouchables' to shreds, he then ruined that Bayern side by trying to impose his tiki-taka bullshit on them. His City side are a bunch of players who don't love the club, look at Barca and Bayern, Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Busquets, Pique, Lahm, Neuer, Muller, Schweinsteiger... players that loved their clubs and were pivotal to the success... city don't have that, they have Kompany... he can't even stay fit for half an hour.
He is a massive fraud. Nothing special about him at all. Twice he was gifted the best team on the planet at that particular time, and an endless budget and people wonder how the **** he won stuff! My 6 year old daughter could have won the CL managing that Barca team.

Half kidding. He did a great job with the Barca youth team, nurturing a lot of talent, but as a tactician, at Barca, no tactics were required I am afraid. Pep, greatest fraud alive and he showed it last year. He plays the greatest fooball ever his supporters say.... but he can only do that if he has the greatest players. No ****ing ****. Even mourinho made United look great against West Ham, his players were far superior. He pretty much failed with Bayern and he's only really done 1 decent job and that was with Barca. He had the opportunity to show us with City and he failed that pretty miserably after spend 150m. He's just gone and spent another 200m so at the very least he should be challenging as he's been hoovering up all the talent with what is a very talented team already (before he arrived). He had arguably the best striker (aguero), best attacking midfielder (KDB), best playmaker (Silva) and best CB (Kompany when fit).
He's obviously got something about him, but he's nowhere near Fergie levels of greatness, regardless of what his CV looks like with all of his honours. I'm so happy we didn't get Guardiola, the blue side of Manchester haven't shut up about it for long enough yet to realise that he's a ****ing fraud.
