I think Man City can, and will win the league this season. The team they have put together is outstanding, they're a threat all over the pitch. Dzeko looks good, Silva is outstanding and if you weren't worried about those two then you've got Aguerro, incredible. Manchestesr Uniteds result today was impressive, but it was as much about the shambles that is currently Arsenal. Manchester City squad just looks far superior on paper, it's whether they can convert that superiority into a serious title challenge. I think they will.....with ease. Re Liverpool, the football they played yesterday was as good and incisive as i've seen. As most of the new players have a) scored and b) seemingly improved what was a poor Liverpool side, i'm not sure you can describe them as 'average'
I think United's squad is so strong but also their depth is amazing. When Ferdinand and Vidic are injured (most of the time) they still have an amazing defence. Equally they have about 6 or 7 CMs who could play in just about any PL team, and if you can play 2 strikers and still leave Hernandez and Berbatov on the bench you're laughing.
