DayDo. I don't want him to go, nor do I think he should. I'm telling you what I've been told by a very reliable friend.

Not doubting your contacts, but surely even Kenny himself will not no for sure that he will be sold this summer? seems a silly decision to make (and be so solid on) so far in advance of the window. Failing that, if it's directed by FSG then that is a MASSIVE override of the manager and his transfer dealings.

Well if does,an we we dont get at least £40m for him AND reinvest that money PLUS spend another £50m on top of that we will be 6th EVERY F**KIN YEAR.We have NOT won the League in 22 years because we sell our best players, Torres ,Masch,Alonso. You FORCE your best players to stay,(like Spurs did with Modric and United did with Rooney). That statement yesterday was seriously f**kin weak, apologise to the mancs for that,Ayre and FSG should be f**kin ashamed and loads of guys who go the game like me agree.Suarez IS as important as Cantona, and the crime he committed is about 100 times less serious.IFf Suarex goes FERGIE WINS!!!!!!!!!Thats what he wants

We have gotta get behind the guys more than ever

As for " what youve heard", Ive no reason to believe you any more than caught offside and kop talk, and any deal or discussions like that, have not had chance to spread yet or leave boardroom level.Personally I think you rumour is utter bulls**t

<laugh> I stopped reading there. City couldn't even offload Tevez for 30mil and most people would rate him above Suarez. After his antics at both Ajax and Liverpool, you'll be lucky to even get £20mil out of him. Be serious.

I hope it is, but he rarely gets it wrong. I also think that ferguson has an awful lot more to do with the whole charade than anyone knows, with a few obvious exceptions.

Oh just **** off. Tevez is about 3-4 years older. If Modric is worth 40-50 million (God almighty) then Suarez would go for similar.

Tevez has won the PL and CL with Man Utd, helped city to the FA Cup and was their top scorer last season.
I don't think Modric is worth that much but we all know how these PL clubs inflate their prices when selling to each other (of course Spurs are going to slap an unreasonable price tag on Modric rather than sell him to their rivals).

You bought Suarez for £23mil. No denying he is talented but after his antics this season plus his 8 game ban do you honestly think his value has gone up? Be serious.

Yea, I do. Because he has proven that he can play, and succeed, in the prem. And that is a lot more valuable than being able to score in Holland.

Yeah you do, but other clubs will see him more as a liability. He got off loaded by Ajax because he's a loose canon (biting a player, causing disharmony in the locker room), he has already bought LFC into disrepute. No club is going to pay over £20mil for a man who clearly seems to bring trouble where ever he goes.

Deep down, you know no one is going to pay more for Suarez than Liverpool did, it wouldn't make any sense.

Suarez apologised and it's the first time the club have condemned him. If it was the 3rd time the board had a go at Luis, then I would expect him to be shipped out.

Plus, I think everything has been blown way out of proportion which I think is due to the fact that we've had to play Man Utd twice in quick succession, and Luis's first start happens to be against Man Utd. I think it will all die down now and we can concentrate on the football.

Right now, fair enough. Which is why selling him would be absurd as we'd get a fraction of his true worth as city would have done in January with Tevez (hence not selling him in the end). But if he continues to start for us and perform as he has done and KEEP HIS HEAD DOWN then I see no reason for his value not to return to levels it should do in the coming year or so

This ugly **** has some serious issues <doh> Liverpool fan indeed http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?=743264506

Big deal Suarez didnt shake hands , if you watch the video again you'll see Evra lowered his hand when Suarez approached, also Rio needs to be drageed behind a horse for 6 furlongs as he withdrew his hand from Suarez <doh:>

Swansea fan in peace here, in my opinion, this whole sorry affair is really hurting a great club. I and my son really enjoyed our little awayday at yours earlier on in the season, the history the atmosphere some really good banter with the locals ( and of course some complete well I don't want to say ) but all in all when people think of the Prem across europe they will invariably think of Liverpool and at this moment in time it can't be too complimentary. I also believe Kenny has been seriously undermined by Suarez 's actions . Hope this blows over quickly and that your football does the talking except when you come to us at the end of the season.

Is that an open offer - I f'kin hate murdoch for so many things his businesses have done, and for his attitude - did you hear the story about his meeting with Anne Diamond?

The press is the culprit..they are making too much issue about the "handsake". Imagine if Liverpool won and Suarez was celebrating infront of Evra on Saturday.Surely they are going to write something different.<ok> Evra was the one inciting a riot on Saturday.
Also Fergie would make a meal of it.<ok>
