Final whistle goes, and it's a 1-0 win for Pompey.

    Invaluable three points for us.

Got called in to work today, not happy to get back when the match has ended.

Mollified that a win is ours though.

    PS - afternoon Wooperts :p

    Afternoon 3rd eye <ok>

Shame that Argyle got a jammy winner late in their game against Colchester.

Jammy? He got it kicked at him from about 6 inches away, trapped it and tapped it around the keeper in one move. Honest he did. Goal of the season. Point is to get the result irrespective of how you play and how you get it in the end. This side seem able to do that which is what counts. The table at the end of the season doesn't reflect how wonderful you were in match x or y. Just shows the points total.

I see you got a Referee assist again as well. If you ever had to play against 11 you'd be bolloxed. :D

What ??? We had the player sent off, and still won with ten men.....

Luckily, Conor Chaplin wasn't fouled, tripped or shoved by the two big Cambridge centre backs when he got between them to head in his goal.

Well done Woopert's for the running updates. That is 3 wins on the road. I always say 10 or 11 away wins and a team is in the play-offs. But the home form needs to improve to get one of the automatics.

Whoops!!!! my mistake. I just assumed as it's usually that way. Was the Ref colour blind? Perhaps that's the secret for you. Start with 10 in every game and see how it goes.
