You are welcome to try the other 121 if you think they are relevant but obviously you will have to make allowances for the fact that we weren't in the top division for a number of those, there were more teams than there are now, and it was only 2pts for a win in 1981. Also you state that Jones impact was immediate - it clearly wasn't. Position-wise we didn't get above the 15th place we were in when he joined until the last game of the season, points wise - we were above our totals from 2018-19 and 2017-18 when he joined, we then fell below both, not overtaking them until right at the end of the season. Our best season in the last 4 - based on achieving safety and consistency of points scoring was actually 2019-20.
I have never argued against that. I think I have also taught you that if you want to use statistics its better if you use the correct ones. You are welcome.
I'll say it again just to iron out any ceases. We've been the 10th best side in the league since Jones came in That is a fact.
It always does when people see something they don't want to acknowledge or accept I'm cool I just know i answered Liams question and went the extra mile by not only answering his question but also by highlighting the full tenure of the current set up. Why? Because it would've been cherry picking our best period and ignoring the rest. I did make 1 error in both tables in that it was 18 games not 19, however that didn't change anything at all because nufc was still 10th for the full tenure.
Anyway we've all now agreed we've been 10th best for the full tenure. So now we've established we were 10th best since Jones came in, does my original comment "we've been fine since Jones came in" seem unreasonable? If not why?

No I answered Liam and provided 2 tables. I claimed I was looking at the full tenure since Jones came in and I provided 2 tables. 1 table full tenure 10th 1 table last 11 7th because he asked
