Hello Chaps (and chappetes - if that even makes sense!) I did look for a introduce yourself thread but i couldn't see one unless I'm as blind as Mr. Wonder so i thought it would be nice to find out who the other fans are on this board. I'm Grant, 24 from Harlow in Essex. I've supported Orient since i was 13, i actually grew up a Chelsea fan due to the old man but as i got older saw sense! I'm not a season ticket holder but i do try and get to Orient as often as i can depending on work, finances, family and so forth. I often switch where i sit from West to South. Best game i've been to was probably the PO Final against Blackpool, although we lost, for a 15 year old boy that was quite an experience! Anyway nice to see some of you on here and i look forward to being introduced to you guys. Grant
Welcome. This place isn't very busy as we're all still over at 606, but when the Beeb pulls the plug I'm sure it'll pick up.
Hi Grant,I bet your crossing your fingers and your toes about the thought of the O's moving to Harlow, although I doubt if they will.I used to live up the road to you in North Weald.Anyway welcome to you.On 606 I'm Basildon Five-O or BasildonO from that London,I'm temporarily both at the moment. Can't wait for Sunday!
Hi Grant, I'm Adam, born and bread in Hackney (and yes i survived) but now living in sheffield, grew up watching John Jackson, Glen Roader and the great Laurie, don't get to see the lads as much as I would like mostly away games in this neck of the woods. Find myself hoping Chesterfield and Rotherham go up and Sheff Utd and Doncaster go down so I can go to more games. That being said maybe just maybe Championship away days would be great
Hi I'm Martin. Dad introduced me to the O's when I was 5, back in 1962. Lived in Walthamstow, then Essex and currently undertaking missionary work south of the river, spreading the gospel of Leyton Orient. My Dad is still a season ticket holder and I've seen 6 home games this year, with hopefully a few more to come. This is without doubt the most spirited and eye pleasing team I've seen at the O's since the 70's. Looking forward to the rest of the season.
I'm in the West London branch of Orient supporters and like yourself am not a season ticket holder, I do however attend all home games and can be seen (and heard) declaring my man love for Slade, Jones, Omozusi, Whing, Forbes, Chorley, Daniels, Chambers, Smith, Spring, Dawson, Crowe, Cox, Tehoue, Mcgleish and last but by no means least Revell in the south stand as well as my man crush on Kane, M'Poko and Carroll. Difficult to name my favourite Orient game with so many to choose from, Obviously Oxford away but that led to me getting engaged, Fulham away, Arsenal at home, Doncaster at home 8-0, Norwich at home, Bristol Rovers at home and away. Everton away the list goes on and on. Anyhoo welcome to the boards and hopefully it will pick up.
From Chingford as the name suggets have been going over the O's since the late 80's and have been a season ticket holder since the late nineties. My favourite game Oxford Away.
Hi just thought I would introduce my self. And As my name suggests yes I do live in portugal. I started to support the O's when I was 11,and stuck with them through thin and thin. Been watching the O's this season with interest .Maybe just maybe we can at last play our friends down the rd at Upton pk or where ever, and show em who is the best team in the east end!
Hi I'm Danny. Have been following the O's since I was 4(now 33). Don't get to many games due to distance/finances/work but make sure I get to Yeovil away as I live in Wincanton, Somerset. Even if play-offs don't happen this season next season should be very interesting.
