As I wrote, apologies if I’m wrong, but as I recall you signed up around the same time as he was banned and you seem (I’ve not read and digested everything by you to be fair) to have a very similar point of view to his.
Using that logic, I have not read or digested everything by you so far, but if I were to accuse you of being Stuart Blampey in disguise because you have the same point of view then you would feel annoyed. (or at least I imagine you would be)
Fair enough, as you know that your denial will be seen by the mods who have access to the IP data, I believe you and apologise for suspecting that you were/are the poster known as Tubby. I have no other accounts/identities on this site (I really couldn’t be arsed).

From a general mods point - Obviously we're not going to confirm or deny anything either way unless the linked accounts get to the point where they're going to be banned anyway. If we say mark isn't linked when it's known there are linked accounts there'll be some sad tart that goes and starts naming every account and waits for us to not say the same thing so they can work out who it is. If we say he is linked then we'll have some sad tart going on a crusade to have him banned, when the only reason the linked accounts were mentioned in the first place was to show how difficult it can be to match people accurately. From my personal point of view - with the exception of people who've been given a site ban (which we don't have a say in unless it's our users) I'm not going to go banning someone purely for being a banned user, if they come on with a different account and nobody can tell it's them or complains about them it's just a waste of my time (and I'd actually have to be checking every new account for matches all the time). For me the point of banning someone is to stop them being a pain in the arse for the whole forum, so if they're not being like that then we can leave them as a useful member of the forum. The other mods may (I don't know) prefer to ban them on sight before they have chance to cause problems again, but then that's up to them to identify the link. I haven't got a problem either way, I just can't be arsed to look into these things unless there's a poster being a nuisance.
It sounds like you have an awful lot of boring **** to do being a mod. I sincerely do not know what you all get from it. A sense of giving like volunteering perhaps? As with regard to bans, I’d rather not have individuals banned from the forum unless it’s clearly a spamming operation. Also, if markkc or Pearson Park had been revealed to be Tubby, I would not be asking for them to be banned. However, it does seem rather pointless banning people like Tubby in the first place if he and others can simply rejoin as someone else.
Pearson's been around for a while, he just changes his user name quite often. Although I regularly have a different point of view to him I don't think he's Tubby related in any way.
