Whyte has said he should have put you in administration in OCTOBER , 3 months in charge of the club !!! The crooks are the previous owners who never stood up to bully Walter Smith that couldn't accept Celtic winning 4 in a row and forced Murray to spend 15/20 million your club didn't have . Even at end Smith is still lying that he left Rangers debt free !!!
The BTC and any 2nd contract shenanigans can be laid at Murray's door, but the jury is still out on those.
As Trev said, administration, non-payment of taxes, NI contributions and creditors is entirely down to Whyte. He did due diligence before taking over the club so knew the state of the club's finances before committing himself. He clearly never had any intention of putting any of his own money into the club, and must've known the game was a bogey after failing to qualify for the CL.
