Ah but going by what Chazz put they are asking about improving the experience for those who still go, might be better trying to get some of those who no longer go back.

So besides the barmaids, what else to improve the match day experience? fancy light show, music, big flags, cheerleaders?

I did it just to see and it is really poorly worded and laid out.
For example if you’ve already said whether you are male or female why later ask if you’re a gay woman or a gay man? If you hadn’t said earlier because you didn’t want to then why try and find out too?!
And I genuinely don’t get why Welsh separate


Looks like it’s been done by a school kid for a class project so they can practice drawing charts and graphs.

I printed out this survey then tore into two A5 pieces suitable for wiping my ****ty arse after a messy dump.

Whoever generates these busybody creepy surveys is a weapons- grade bonafide.irredeemable ****, who whould have been at home in Stasi era DDR.

Haha, agree, very bizarre, sexuality questions akin to a dating website, (so says a friend.)

Even the title is bizarre- to allow the club to understand its fan base - shouldn't take long.
To ensure the services they provide are appropriate and relevant- to drive out the remaining children and concession seekers.

First step would be to get more people attending. Pretty much everything else (like big tits, better pies, whatever) is next to irrelevant. How do they do that? Concessions, sensible pricing structure, proper name everywhere, badge as it was when they took custody of the club, take down the gates, put back the arena to community use, apologise to fans ... that should just about cover it ... oh, as well as give their gift away for the promised £1 and then **** off.

And did he really say that the club are 'extending an olive branch'? Really? They can shove it up their arse. It's gone way past 'olive branches', and if they don't know that then they are even more stupid and arrogant than I thought (which would actually be impossible).
