I think he is one of the best players ever produced by Hull City & we should value him at around £10 million, or they could throw Rhodes in as a makeweight with a couple of million.

He's only there until Jan. I would expect we will either extend his contract or sell him before he can leave on a free.
Can't see us extending his contract no matter how well he does, he's still only proving himself at Championship level. If Blackburn want to sign him on a free in the summer then I can see us taking him back in January like Sun'lan did with Meyler until we bought him. At least get some cash for him.
I dont think we would offer him anything either, unless he sets the league alight in the next 3 months. I also dont think he will leave on a free, especially if he is still playing well in Jan.
As I said, force them to buy him like Sun'lan did with Meyler to us, if they don't want him & he's playing well then I'm sure someone would give us 500k for him.
He is getting good reports so far. I think Blackburns league position will play a large part in what they do in Jan.
