The other thing worth mentioning is that (I think) it works on a 12 month basis and doesn't automatically take the next payment from your account. So once you pass the 12 month point, it looks like it should work (you can log in etc) but it actually doesn't. Happened to me last season.

From the club's twitter, FLi seem to be struggling with testing their content on various browsers...

The other thing is that you need to choose the match commentary (it doesn't do it automatically)
 
I logged on to player tonight for the first time since last season.

It knew win i was but wouldn't let me listen to anything. Went to my account all every monthly payment has been cancelled! No idea why, but emails will be sent tomorrow. On the plus side i didn't pay for it all summer!
 
Just spoke to some lame phone jockey in the club "communications" department who constantly talked over me, told me that no one else had a problem and could not give any phone number of the provider..... Great communication? I think not but not sure we can expect anything else from them as their track record on communicating is not exactly spectacular.....

Who did you speak to? You have to unfortunately email FLI with any support issues, I don't think they have a number to be contacted on.
