    I think this is his last season with us. Same situation as Suarez at Liverpool. The cynic in me suggests he is playing so well because he wants that move and knows he has to find consistency to have them fighting it out for his signature. There's going to be a lot of clubs looking for a big midfielder in the Summer, if not sooner - Man U desperately need one, Chelsea need to replace Lampard, Liverpool are still lightweight in that area. If Arsenal keep it up, they'll be looking for even more players, so I think we should enjoy this season with Cabaye whilst it lasts.

    The question marks will then be over our appetite to replace him. I would hope that we would start to build again with the likes of Will Hughes, Tom Ince, Jordan Mutch for example.

    If a premiership club comes in for him we should add £5m onto whatever we'd sell him abroad for.

    Call it a selling to the competition tax.

    I wouldn't be too fussed at losing him if Anita keeps putting in performances, and with the money we can get for him we can get someone equally as good, if not better....possibly even 2 or 3 players.

    Woohoo sell to Liverfool, if they paid £35mill for Carroll they will pay enough for Ashley to make his money back and bugger off.

    In all seriousness if we don't make Europe, we can't complain if he wants to leave, that is the level he should be at.
