Except Suarez doesn't have a 35 or 40mill buyout clause. What he does have, is a 40mill clause which lets other clubs speak to him about a potential move, but the price he goes for isn't fixed. Ballague isn't always correct, but I think he's right about there being serious interest in him from Spain and Italy and it is up the Luis if he stays or goes.
Sorry but that sounds like absolute bollox. Why would a contract have a clause that grants the player permission to speak to other clubs but then the club have to bid even more to sign him?!!? If I was Suarez I'd leave. He could waste the next few years of his career waiting for Liverpool to play catch up, or go to a club that is certain to challenge for domestic and european honours. I think he owes Liverpool to a degree but we all know 99% of players ultimately don't give a ****. He is also hated in this county by most football fans and instead could go to somewhere like Spain where his band of 'theatrics' would be better appreciated.
A bloke who knows far more than anyone else I've ever heard claim to be 'in the know' and has gotten more correct when it comes to LFC's transfer dealings than supposed 'experts' in the media. Looking like he is already angling for a move...weird as I though he loved Liverpool with all his heart and would never leave like that mean old Torres!! Much like Bale, I expect the club saving face approach of one more season then he will be gone.

So lets get this right? A player is asked would you consider a move to Real Madrd? Player says they would be hard to turn down, this would cause speculation but if you asked any player that question the answer would probably be the same. Player tells his agent to put out a statement saying he is happy and has no intention of leaving. Quite clear that. So my conclusion from this is............. If and I mean if Real Madrid offered the required amount of money Suarez would consider the move, however if this does not happen he is happy at Liverpool. Now change that last sentence to........... If and I mean if Real Madrid offered the required amount of money Mata would consider the move, however if this does not happen he is happy at Chelsea. It's all speculation. It's also speculation that I'm stupid.
There is more too it than that Lugo. He is pissed off with the press and his family does not like Liverpool but like all of us after a holiday our job does not seem so bad again so like Bale he may stay another season
It will be no shock if he does go but as long as the money is right you wont get many complaints from us, if he stays we'll also be happy enough as long as he behaves. He can be a naughty boy at times.
