Loverboy makes an excellent point on us losing Naylor and Bromby ... Cellino did say at the time that he spoke with Redders to get an idea of what's needed for the Academy, and a few days later we lose two coaches ... Redders played up to Cellino knowing full well that Hock was going to fall over and he would get the call to run the team ... he set himself up nicely for what he ultimately wanted, the Head Coach role, but when he got his big break after Darko left he didn't earn the right to keep the job ... nope, Redders turned out to be unintelligent, selfish and unable to lead a cosmopolitan dressing room ... bye fcuking bye

During Cellino's time at Cagliari, he kept them in serie A for 22 years but for 5 seasons spread over 2 relegations. He also spent a lot of Euros on players, in the millions. Also had them in the quarter finals of one of the Euro comps.

Cellino did spend a lot of time fighting the local council to get the stadium upgraded, amongst other things.

After 22 years in Serie A he would've become habitual in the way he does things, not forgetting Serie A is different to the English leagues and have different ways of doing things.

Cellino's 1st season in championship would've been very similar to how he did things in Italy because it's what he knows, he's had no experience of ownership in British leagues whatsoever; can't expect him to change overnight.

I think he's learned a lot of things along the way, some harshly and some mid to hard lessons, and is still learning. Looks like he's learned and is learning by way of bringing in Rosler and Co, as well as Pearson and Co.

There are lots of people in this world that don't like change and won't change, untill they're put in a position where they must accept some level of change. Many then realise change can have it's rewards and advantages, as well as disadvantages.

They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, but a dog is intelligent enough to realise when he's too old to play stupid games.

Redders is a buffoon ... so now he's resigned and is taking Leeds to court ... his refusal to say his leaving was by mutual consent meant Leeds couldn't finalise his settlement ... Redders went and sought advice from none other than another idiot, Graham Bean, about how to deal with his settlement negotiation, and this is the outcome, a court case ... when people sign off mutual consent clauses, it's because they want closure, and closure with dignity ... Redders seemed to want it known he was sacked, no idea why ... he's not going to become a martyr, because he achieved fcuk all as Head Coach, and it can be argued he took us backwards ... I am now feeling relieved this fool is no longer at the club, because he is drowning in his own self-importance and he can't see the wood for the trees ... he is never going to be a successful manager, and the sooner he realises this the better ... he picked a fight with Cellino when he alienated the Chairman's signings and caused a dressing room rift, and this unforgiveable behaviour meant he was rightly not going to be given the main job permanently ... petty little man who does not belong in a manager role
