Personally. I think it would be a 50/50 decision. At Cardiff he knows what he's got, and he knows he will have financial support. He also gets to do as he wants managerially. But with Everton he would pretty much have a top eight team (though if Fellaini left, I wouldn't be as sure).
Anyway, if MM leaves, I wonder who we would look for; a young manager with potential, or an old warhorse?
