Afternoon lads. Trying to buy 2 tickets for me and the son in law for the Milwall game. I’ve logged in with my customer number and it’s let me choose the tickets but when I go to the checkout to pay it says I’m trying to buy tickets for an age restricted price class. My DOB needs to match the price class I’m trying to purchase??? It doesn’t have my DOB in my account details so went to edit my account but it won’t let me add a DOB! never had any issues like this before. Any ideas / solutions?? Thanks in advance

I've had a DOB issue on the bairns account and ie ended up buying a more expensive ticket for him. His DOB is all correct in his account as well. Try emailing the ticket office but it will take a few days for them to get back to you. [email protected]
