so henderson has been named in the initial 40 man squad for the u-21 european championships,

while it's a great honour for the lad, i do have a bit of aprehension.

no doubt he's a wonderfull talent, but as we've seen lately he does seem to get burnt out, then bruce dropped him, he came back and looked good, then last week **** again followed by injury.

so would a summers break help the lad, or carry on playing in the summer?

a good break would do him good, but if he plays i wish him well, and represents safc to the best of his ability.

Its an extra 5-6 weeks onto his season and he would potentially suffer from this next season.

Listening to Stewart Pearce I tihnk he is aware of the Burn out so i tend too think he would rotate the squad alot, Still its an extra few weeks in training.
