Actually I responded to you saying you lived near OT but let’s not bother with facts, look mate, whatever has happened in your life is not my fault, but if you venting at me makes you feel better then I’m happy to be of assistance.

On the one hand, in a results led business, you can't really fault Pulis for doing anything he could with what he had, to get results.

Football clubs are also in the entertainment business though.

there were financial worries at Bolton even under Allaryche since the then chairman Gartside, in response to Big Sams constant bigging himself up for doing well with tiny a transfer budget , said something along the lines of "we are 17th in the PL revenue table but 5th in the wage bill" which automatically raises doubts about the ability to withstand any sort of downturn.

His football was a lot more entertaining than Pulis' though. Agricultural, perhaps, but exciting enough.

lol, that's not even close to venting. I've vented once on this forum, on the F1 board about 6 years ago, it cost a few members and I got a ban.
And yes, I know you have no interest and don't care.

worked with what he had, I'm gutted he got the boot, I could see what he was trying to do, and if he had been given Payet, rather than Bilic, would've been an even better season imo.

It'd be far preferable if Arsenal, Man U, Man C, Spurs and Chelsea all went bust. Clubs like Bury could breathe freely and we could recreate the football league as something community based rather than a toy for billionaires, chancers and Rupert Murderer.

Hoping both Bury and Bolton survive.

Companies that are run badly do go bust though.

Its just **** that they're also football clubs.

There needs to be a way to ensure clubs in dire straights can be helped. Perhaps sales can be forced on owners once things get to a certain level.

I wouldn't want any team - even a rival - to go bust.

Bad for the area and ultimately the country as well.

not really, I just knew your statement of care was PR. Your partial apathy is one of the things I like about you Tel.

No it’s not PR, I am a very caring person. Never put myself before anybody else... you need anything? Name it, I’ll be there. Not today though I’m quite busy.

    You a United fan mate?

Do you think the bigger clubs should help the likes of Bury out?
