Fantastic result. I'm so pleased for all you fans who travelled. What a day. I said I would get pissed tonight to celebrate and I'm just here to tell you I am a man of my word. **** am I pissed so please excuse any typing errors; I'm really concentrating hard. Just got back from the Chateau. What a night, Loads of free food and drink, Amanda sang her track with no backing and brought the house down and then got everyone going with I love Rock 'n Roll. What a star she was. Then her boy friend's father (who is a magician, and actually teaches it) did a performance, some by intermingling and some on stage to Michael Jackson music - absolutely brilliant. Meanwhile, I was thinking of Wycombe and got stoned; very unusual for me..

I think I'm about to die. Thank you Wycombe for all the effort you put in. I have been saying that you have the ability if only you would put in 110% effort and that's exactly what you had to do today and by God did you do it today.

I will now go to bed with a big smile on my face.

Good night all and best wishes for Saturday.

I think I've corrected all the typing errors and I am now about to fall into bed.

    Bon nuit

    It's a fantastic result!
I was listening to the commentary on the player and was wishing I was there. We still have another game to get through so I will not let myself get carried away!

Southend beat Wycombe in Feb, albeit at their place. It will be difficult for them to come to Adams park - I'm sure there will be a big home crowd considering it's the last game of the season and the promotion hangs on this.
