Burton Albion boss Paul Peschisolido has revealed his concerns that he will lose goalkeeper Adam Legzdins this summer. The 24-year-old has 12 months left on his current deal, but neighbours Derby County are reportedly interested in securing his services this summer. And Peschisolido fears the player is determined to go and has not interest in discussing his future with the Brewers. The Albion boss said: "He really hasn't given us an opportunity to tell him what our thoughts were. "If he is not even willing to talk about new terms then we have to look at the best interests of the football club and look at the offers on the table." Rumours linking the Rams with a move for Legzdins have not gone away. Chief executive Tom Glick recently said: "If there's a young, talented player that we can add we'll do it and the goalkeeping position is one that we (are) open on."
Would be a shame to loose him , think he should be more open with the club , hey we gave him a chance of first team football from Crewe and he was glad to come and play for us , but now it seems he cant wait to leave but thats modern footballers for you.
That's him gone then, really disapointed to lose Leggy but a good move for him. Let's see who Pesch brings in as his new keeper........ http://www.newsnow.co.uk/A/504275675?-19863
Shame to see him go , thanks to leggy we can look forward to playing second division football this season ,he will be hard to replace its not so much a good keeper we need but a much better defence.
