Do you not think that there's something to be said for consistency in selection, or do you support changing a team regularly regardless of injuries etc?
 
Video working for me now on Chrome, no joy on Explorer. First thing I saw was Oteh blasting it over from close when one on one with the keeper.

Surely there has to be a balance between a consistent team who learn to play together, play off each other and can learn how to best link up...opposed to changing the team depending on who seems in form and also who we are facing. Some of Ollie's selections seem a bit random perhaps, but maybe he believes it is the best team for to face whoever we are playing.

So far we are having a go here and looking good.
 
At least he's giving youth (?) a chance......

Just need width to stretch their back 3 and pull them out of their narrow formation.......

Fair enough. I just think that Ollie makes too many changes and his stats are awful. If his stats were good then maybe I'd agree.

Agree that looking at the stats, obviously especially away from home, suggests that he is not getting it right a lot of the time.
